When joining the Alliance you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and accept the declaration below.

Declaration

Alliance Membership shall be dependant upon the Alliance being the sole insurance issuing professional body.

‘I hereby apply for Alliance Membership and herewith accept the fees. I understand that in the case of Membership the annual fee includes the premium for insurance cover for public liability and treatment risk. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and ethical code of the Alliance’

Declaration

Associate Membership is normally for a maximum of 12 months at the expiry of which the associate member shall be expected to take full membership of the Alliance - including insurance. Associate Membership is also available to overseas practitioners who have no need of insurance to practise in the UK.

‘I hereby apply for Associate Membership of the Alliance. I herewith accept the appropriate fee and understand that in the case of Associate Membership the fee does not include a premium for insurance cover for public liability and treatment risk. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and ethical code of the Alliance’.
